Our vineyards

George Hills winery is a 120 hectares of Prosecco vineyards equipped with underground drainage, advanced sub-irrigation from Israeli last technologic generation, automated and mechanized systems of cultivation and with a highly innovative viticulture system which allows the pruning, the harvesting and various stages of viticulture work to be carried out mechanically.

Everything is performed while respecting nature and using non-invasive treatment techniques. As Prosecco is part of the landscape of one of the most beautiful and historic region of the world, the Venice hinterland.
A skilled team of specialists costantly monitor the product’s chemical, microbiological and sensorial properties to the aim of producing top quality Prosecco wine.
