Vinification and ageing

Harvested from early to middle October, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-24°c for around 5-6 days with selected yeasts.


Ruby red color with violet reflections, warm, fruity aroma with hints of marasca cherries and raspberries, sweetish, slightly sparkling, delicately acidulous, medium-bodied.

Food pairing

Perfectly matches first courses of pasta with meat sauce, fresh (uncured) dressed pork or white meat.

Serves at 10°-12° C
